Thank you for shopping with Super Collection. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through supercollection.store and our mobile application.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-sale periods or special offers, processing time may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days
- Other South India states: 3–6 working days
- Rest of India: 5–8 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum order value.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address
- We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Re-shipping charges due to address mistakes must be paid by the customer.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
- If unsuccessful, the package may return to us.
- Re-delivery charges (if any) must be paid by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available for selected locations.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
